Kadota is an easy-to-grow fig tree and a great choice if you’re looking for fruit that’s perfect for drying or eating fresh. It produces oval-shaped figs with green to yellow-green skin and a soft pink to amber interior that’s sweet and juicy.

This variety produces medium-sized fruit and typically ripens from late summer into early fall. You can expect it to start producing fruit within 1–2 years under the right conditions.
